This patient was not looking for large pecs, but rather a more symmetrical and natural appearance. he is seen here 3 months after exchange of his pec implants to a more annatomical shape, repair of the lateral pockets and the right side Poland syndrome has STRATTICE dermal graft secured to the lower border of the partial pectoral muscle and as coverage over the pec implant to allow for a more natural appearance. |
