"This letter goes out to each and every person that has ever doubted thier looks,self-confidence and most of all, their self-esteem. I was once one of these people placed high in all aspects

of these areas.Today however I have different outlook on things .Physical appearance is  in no way the most important thing in life,but it can help shape or break a person.With the help of Dr.Sam Gershenbaum, renowned plastic surgeon of Miami,Florida I was able to regain my self esteem and inner strength that I had lost so long ago.
 

I am a twenty five year old male who lives in Puerto Rico as well as Texas. I was always self -confident growing up, having great looks and an athlete's body. In 2004 I was in an accident which caused me to break my nose.Within the last year I have also encountered some of the wort times of my life. I went from 190 pounds to 166. I had to admit, I was at a loss. I was not happy with myself  inside or out . It amazed me how farI had strayed from the person I was a few years prior. I would look in the mirror and only see a glimpse or perhaps a fraction of who I once was.

With the help of Dr.Gershenbaum I was able to get  back tons of the self-confidence I lost. I spent several months searching for the correct plastic surgeon to help me with my needs,and it landed me right in Miami. In April of 2008 I had Pectoral Implants and Rhinoplasty(nose surgery).After my healing I was more that satisfied with my results. I had minimal downtime and an excellent outcome which is worth doing all over again if I had to.With the greatest care and concern from staff members and doctor's, my experince was beyond exemplifying.

It is with great satisfaction that I write this testimonial about my breast augmentation experience with Dr.Sam Gershenbaum and his staff.

I have always been very self conscious about my body, particularly my breasts. Prior to my augmentation I was very nervous and ruluctant to show off my body in public.I felt that I did not look like a complete woman.This anxiety was even affecting my sex life, as I was apprehensive about letting anybody see my bare body.

I was referred to Dr.Gershenbaum by a friend who had her breast augmentation with him.When I met Dr.Gershenbaum on my first consultation I found him to be an extremly polite ,down to earth individual that takes his work seriously. He helped me determine the breast size and shape which is most natural and appropriate for my body .He made me feel completely comfortable about the operation by explaining all the details and aspects of it, and answering my own questions as well.

On March 27,2008 I had my surgery and I woke up looking great. I had absolutely no bruising and minimal swelling . My breasts look amazing in proportion to my body; they are completely symmetrical. I am100% satisfied with my results.

I would like to thank Dr.Gershenbaum's staff for their professionalism and profound care. My  Patient Coordinator was always there for me to answer my questions and concerns and make me feel comfortable about the procedure. She was extremely helpful, responsible,and friendly. The nurse was always on task, alert, kind and willing to answer questions at any time of the day. Everyone was welcoming and with positive attitudes.Thank you all so much for making my Breast Augmentation experience wonderful.

Compared to most Western European prices, Florida is very affordable.
 

There is a long tradition and reputation on cosmetic surgery, best treatment and post-operative care possible in the world. Same language and beautiful surroundings, all of this far enough away to justify a great holiday.
 

We would rather fly to America than neighboring Countries like the UK, Sweden or here, in Switerland because of the very high costs and would simply never venture into much more affordable countries in Eastern Europe or South America like Czech Republic, Brazil because of their very poor track records on health and safety, not speaking same language, etc.
 

It was quite a traumatic experience for the first few days after the surgery, looking at the mirror and being very scared of the outcome. As the swelling and bruising diminished (always very well looked after by a full time nurse and having 24hr contact with your office) our self-confidence returned and a few months later I feel every penny was well spent and will definately go back and finish a few imperfections left in our natural genetic makeup.
 

Dr. Gershenbaum lived up to our expectations of him and ensured we were looked after and cared for every step of the way, before and after the surgeries. Also, the emotional support and reassurance were very important during that period as one gets anxious and has doubts. Nothing like a bit of empathy and TLC in an unfamiliar environment.
 

Coordinator's role was of utmost importance for us and had we not met someone as professional, competent but also caring like the staff, we might have had a different opinion of this experience in the end.Our BIG thank you to ALL

I traveled from New York to Florida after many years of reviewing this surgeon. Most of my communication was via email and over the telephone. Once i arrived at Dr. Gershenbaum's office i met with him. The dr. actually told me things I did not need done and should not have done. He listened to me and took his time despite how busy he is. I had pectoral implants, radix osteotomi and liposuction everywhere. I am told that the real results are seen months after surgery but after only two weeks i look 20 years younger. I was told that i have a waist of a teen male. I could not believe my ears but must admit that it is true. My chest looks and feels amazing. Genetically this would be an impossibility for me. To make a long story short my only regret is having waited so long to have met with Dr. Sam Gershenbaum. I consider him a man with a gift that very few have and am eternally thankful to him for the rest of my life. I am positive that as father time takes a toll on my body I will be sure to seek out Dr. Gershenbaum's magic again.
